Recliner Sofa Re-Covered in Grey Tweed

A three-seat reclining sofa whose original bonded leather had delaminated the top layer lifting and flaking away across the seats, back and arms. That is how bonded leather ends, and it cannot be patched or restored in place; the only real fix is a new cover. The frame and the reclining mechanism were sound, so the piece was stripped back and re-covered in a grey tweed. Both footrests still extend as they did before.
